    In Los Angeles, I found an incredible confinement nanny—Sister Lin! Originally from Zhuhai, Guangdong, she's not only incredibly perceptive but also incredibly attentive. Every morning, she starts bustling about at six, washing the laundry, washing the bottles, and then preparing breakfast for me, without stopping for a moment. Sister Lin always keeps everything perfectly organized, changing the baby's clothes three or four times a day and bathing him daily.

    When I first left the hospital, my milk supply wasn't high, and Sister Lin was even more worried than I was.
